New Issue Focuses onDental Health Programs for Underserved Populations The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) announces the February 27 issue of the Health Care Innovations Exchange (http://www.innovations.ahrq.gov). - The featured Innovations describe three programs that used innovative strategies to provide needed dental care to underserved populations.
- The featured QualityTools include a toolkit to help dentists provide dental care to underserved children in their community, a guide to establishing dental homes and providing education to at-risk children, and a comprehensive oral health curriculum for providers.
