ACA is Rolling Out:  Is Your Organization Ready to Meet the   New Expectations for Processing Transactions?     A CAQH CORE Education Session   CAQH CORE Open Mic - Ask Any Question  Wednesday, February 20, 2013  2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET    Register Now  There is no fee to attend.     All HIPAA covered entities were to be in compliance with the mandated Eligibility and Claim Status Operating Rules by January 1, 2013. The compliance deadline for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Operating Rules is January 1, 2014.   This 60-minute interactive program will feature a guest speaker from CMS OESS. The session is designed to address attendee questions about compliance with ACA-mandated Operating Rules, the enforcement role of OESS, and implementation planning steps that entities should have underway for EFT/ERA. It has been designated by HHS as the authoring entity for the mandated Eligibility for a Health Plan and Healthcare Claim Status Operating Rules and the second set of mandated operating rules for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) transactions.
