A new online toolkit, "Preventing Falls in Hospitals: A Toolkit for Improving Quality of Care", can help hospitals reduce falls that occur during a patient's hospital stay. The Toolkit addresses hospital readiness, program management, choosing fall prevention practices, implementation, measurement, and sustainability.
