Deception case of $13M Billing by a Healthcare Provider


United States Department of Justice recently confirms the reports of a healthcare provider residing at Brooklyn, New York city was convicted for two years in Jail for indulging himself in a $13M medical care double-dealing plan.
The court has also fined $6.4 million to the provider named as Okon Umana of the age 68, West Haven Connecticut, as a restoration and to hand-over upto $6.5 million.
Okon Umana was the health director at Corpsey Medical Care, Brooklyn from the time period of 2009 to 2012. According to the report of Justice Department, the healthcare clinic was indulged in more than that of $13 million in relation to healthcare and other major medical insurance for a collection of various trickery health services and measures throughout those years, in addition to physical therapies, visits of quack/physician and tests of diagnosis.
